Process:
We believe great beauty happens with great momentum. In our process we seek to go beyond, creating more aspects of your dream home in tandem and effectively delivering those designs to you at a beyond industry standard timeline.
Thousands of decisions are made in a home design. We believe, with a clarity of vision, excellent communication, we with our client partners can successfully "design beyond" and answer a vast majority of those questions in an expedited timeline.
Our project phases follow a typical path with a few extra embellishments to allow for added beauty and comprehensive design.
Concept Design - Initial Front Rendering and Site Analysis
Schematic Design - Initial Floor Plans
Design Development - Further layering, adjustments, and articulation to the plans and exterior design.
Construction Documents - A full set of building plans assembled from client approved floor plans and exterior design.
Interior Design & Furniture Selections - If desired by the clients, our design services can continue to the interior detailing of the home as well. We begin these efforts early on in the Design Development phase. providing a full selection, finish, and interior detail package.
Construction administration - Site visits and answering contractor questions during the build timeline.
Pricing:
We aim to give our clients the very best first-class design experience. This involves creating and developing a design that sparks wonder and excitement, managing a collection of experts and craftsman on your behalf, and providing decades of design and material sourcing expertise.
With this collected effort we operate on a set fee pricing structure, distributed over three payments through our creative process from design through documentation.
Project monitoring during the build process also called Construction Administration is billed at a hourly rate, and our final tier of optional service, furniture selection and procurement, is handled by an hourly rate.
